Refund policy

At SkyTech Hub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.

Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed by SkyTech Hub.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
